Mastering the Swing Feel (PRE-ORDER)

Mastering the Swing Feel is a new drum course I designed to help drummers better understand, develop, and refine your swing feel. Through 9 modules, 30+ lessons, and over 4 hours of instruction, you'll explore the evolution of jazz time, ride cymbal technique, comping, brushes, ballads, and rhythm section playing while building a stronger foundation for playing with a great swing feel.

Across 9 modules and 30+ lessons, you'll develop:

• A strong ride cymbal beat with natural phrasing
• Solid hi-hat and bass drum time
• Better coordination between ride, hi-hat, and comping voices
• A stronger internal pulse at slow, medium, and fast tempos
• A clear understanding of swing subdivision and placement
• Better brush playing

The course concludes with lessons featuring a live bass player — showing how these concepts work inside a real rhythm section.
